How long does setup take? +
Working demo within a couple of weeks. Full build usually within a month — custom-coded for your specific software and supplier formats, no off-the-shelf version. After launch, expect ongoing back-and-forth tuning as new vendors and edge cases show up. It’s not set-and-forget.
Where does my data go? +
Invoices stay on your PC. The extraction call goes to a cloud AI — your choice whether it’s stored or discarded after each run.
What if it gets something wrong? +
Each extracted value gets cross-checked before it’s typed in — totals, formats, anything that should match. If a field’s unclear or a check fails, the run pauses and pings you on Telegram or Discord to confirm. Nothing wrong gets into your software.
What about MyInvois? +
